The ECI Talent Collaborative unites key stakeholders across Blackford, Delaware, Fayette, Grant, Henry, Jay, Randolph, Rush, and Wayne counties. Led by the George and Frances Ball Foundation and Ball State University’s Office of Community Engagement, the collaborative strengthens regional talent pipelines through strategic partnerships and workforce initiatives.
