Caitlin Hancock serves as the President & CEO where she brings over a decade of experience in economic development. Since joining the organization in 2015, she has played a key role in advancing regional initiatives and fostering collaboration across communities. Caitlin is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute and holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Indiana Wesleyan University. She resides in Blackford County and is passionate about creating lasting impact throughout the region.
